Invoices now has an Export CSV button. It sends the table's current filters to a new GET /api/invoices/export route, which streams rows from the database in pages of 500, so a year of invoices downloads without a timeout.

I added tests for the filters and for an export of 20,000 rows (38 passed), then clicked the button in the preview and opened the file it downloaded.

What changed

Safari fires submit before the click handler when a form has no action, so the payment call never ran. The button now handles the form's submit event instead.

How I tested it

Reproduced on WebKit, added a regression test, ran the checkout suite (17 passed) and clicked through the preview.
